Responsibilities
- Build relationships with top accounting & finance professionals in your market
- Recruit, interview, and identify strong matches for open opportunities
- Partner with clients and your internal BD team to understand hiring needs
- Manage placements from first conversation → offer → acceptance
- Coach candidates, advise clients, and serve as the “career matchmaker”
- Gain exposure to a wide range of industries and company cultures
Requirements
- Good with people, organized, curious, and motivated
- Confident communicating across all job levels
- Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Driven by results, relationships, and growth
- Enjoy talking to people and influencing outcomes
- A positive teammate with a good sense of humor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience required — but no recruiting experience needed
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Relationship building abilities
- Interviewing and assessment techniques
- Client management and relationship building
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay
- Year 1 OTE: $70,000–$100,000
- Year 2+: $75,000–$100,000+
