About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling CFS's temporary staffing and executive search services by breaking into new accounts, further growing existing accounts, and creating long-standing relationships with accounting and finance decision makers. They will also bring in job opportunities and work closely with Recruiter teammates to fill positions, while managing the account and providing excellent client service.
Responsibilities
- Break into new accounts and grow existing ones
- Create and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in accounting and finance
- Identify and pursue potential clients in various industries
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with Recruiter teammates to fill positions and provide ongoing support
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
- Confident and effective communication skills at all organizational levels
- Strong ability to connect on social media and via email, with a preference for making phone calls and in-person meetings
- Self-motivated, driven, and a team player
- A good sense of humor
Qualifications
- Background in sales, business development, or related fields
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or similar roles
- Understanding of B2B and service sales
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Pay
The average employee in the company makes $65,000-100,000 in Year 1, and $70,000-100,000+ in Year 2. Additionally, there is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for equity in the company.
