About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling CFS's temporary staffing and executive search services by breaking into new accounts, further growing existing accounts, and creating long-standing relationships with accounting and finance decision makers. They will also bring in job opportunities and work closely with the Recruiter team to fill positions, while managing the account and providing excellent client service.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
- Confident and effective communication skills at all organizational levels
- Good at connecting on social media and via email, and even better on phone and in person
- Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a team player
- A good sense of humor
Qualifications
- Recruiters, staffing, or business development from a generalist, administrative, or industrial staffing firm background
- Experience as a Sales Development Representative managing the entire sales process
- B2B and service sales experience
- Retail sales and management experience
- Collegiate athlete or coach experience
- Higher education admissions, career services, or alumni engagement experience
- Fundraising, development, or donor relations experience
- Hospitality, especially banquet and catering sales experience
- Accounting experience with a focus on people interaction and less time spent on Excel

Pay
The average employee in the company makes $65,000-100,000 in Year 1, and $70,000-100,000+ in Year 2. Additionally, there is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for equity in the company.
