About the role
Mid-Sussex Rescue Squad is seeking volunteers to join Station 91. As a volunteer, you will become a hero in your community by providing emergency services.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls
- Provide first aid and other medical assistance
- Assist with disaster relief efforts
- Support fundraising events
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Pass a background check
- Attend training sessions
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Good physical fitness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- First aid certification
- Basic CPR certification
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures
