Fall 2026 Fair Information
When: Wednesday, October 7
Where: UWRF University Center
Check In for Organizations: 8-9:30 a.m.
Career Fair: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Clean Up: 2-2:30 p.m.
Registration and Cost of Attendance (For Employers)
To register, first create a Handshake account.
Registration runs from July 1 to September 30.
Early Bird Registration: $350 (July 1-21)
Standard Registration: $400 (July 22-Aug. 25)
Late Registration: $425 (August 26-Sept. 30)
All employers participating in the event will need a Handshake account.
Each organization is limited to two representatives.
Registration includes one six-foot table, two meals, and one parking pass.
Additional lunches and parking passes may be purchased at an additional cost.
