About the role

Visiting Angels is looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers in Chestnut Hill to provide meaningful support and companionship to seniors in the comfort of their homes.

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and personal care
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• Support clients with their daily routines while promoting independence
• Follow the client's care plan and communicate important changes to the office

Caregiver Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous caregiving or home-care experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care instructions and complete required documentation
• Driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance
• Completed or ability to have a 2-Step PPD, QuantiFERON or chest X-ray completed
