Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
- Help with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks
- Follow care plans and report changes in clients’ conditions
Requirements
- At least 2 years of paid, professional caregiving experience through an agency
- A caring, patient, dependable, and responsible attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance for applicable cases
- Ability to meet our onboarding and TB testing requirements
- Proof of vaccination
Pay
$15–$20 per hour, with the final pay rate determined at orientation
Schedule
Full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
