We need to output HTML fragment with headings for sections that have real content. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not include Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, navigation, etc. Keep substantive info. We need sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Company Description", "Job Description", "Position Summary", "Essential Duties", "Qualifications", "Why Join Us", "Basic Qualifications & Experience", "Working Conditions / Physical Requirements", "Additional Information". Also "Compensation" is given: USD 100,000 - USD 108,000 yearly. Also location maybe? But location is given at top: 2480 S Clermont St, Denver, CO 80222, USA. Should we include location? It's not a heading; we can put in a short

maybe. We need to decide which sections to include: Must have real specific content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". We have compensation specific: $100,000 - $108,000 yearly. So we can include a Pay section. Schedule? Not given explicitly; only Full-time. Could we include Schedule? It says Full-time. That's schedule type. Could include Schedule section with "Full-time". But the instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It states Full-time, so we can include Schedule with "Full-time". Benefits: they list benefits in Additional Information bullet list. So we can include Benefits section. We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract content. Company Description: paragraph about CLC, Cappella, mission, diversity, etc. We'll put under About the company? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They gave examples but we can use other headings if appropriate? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests those are typical but we can use others? Probably we should stick to those headings where applicable. But we have content like Company Description, Position Summary, Essential Duties, Qualifications, Why Join Us, Working Conditions, Additional Information. We could map them to these headings: About the role could cover Position Summary and Company Description? Responsibilities could be Essential Duties. Requirements/Qualifications could be Qualifications and Basic Qualifications. Skills maybe separate. Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. Safer to use those headings only if we have content. We can combine multiple pieces under those headings. Thus: - About the role: include Company Description and Position Summary? Maybe better: About the role: description of role and company. - Responsibilities: Essential Duties list. - Requirements: Qualifications (Active RN license, case management experience, etc.) plus Basic Qualifications & Experience. - Skills: maybe communication, coaching, relationship-building, vendor management, etc. Could be part of Requirements but we can separate. - Benefits: list from Additional Information. - Pay: compensation range. - Schedule: Full-time. We must not repeat job title as heading. Also not include Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like on-call rotation required, etc. We need to ensure we don't omit any substantive info. Let's list all substantive info from posting: - Job title: Care Transitions Manager RN (but we don't repeat as heading) - Location: 2480 S Clermont St, Denver, CO 80222, USA - Employment type: Full-time - Compensation: USD 100,000 - USD 108,000 yearly - Company Description: Christian Living Communities (CLC) | Cappella Living Solutions (CLS) are dedicated to and known for shattering the stereotypes of aging services. We're seeking an experienced RN with case management experience to lead our rehab neighborhood and serve as part of our Community's leadership team. This role supports residents who come to Clermont Park for rehabilitation services, guiding them through a successful transition from skilled nursing care back to their home environment. On-call rotation required. - Position Summary: The Care Transitions Manager assumes responsibility and accountability for collaborating with, directing, and coordinating the care and services provided by the skilled nursing community to align with each resident's goals, as well as those of acute and post-acute continuum care providers. This role facilitates a successful transition from the skilled community into the home environment, using educational materials and support to encourage residents, families, and providers to play an active role in the resident's total well-being. The Care Transitions Manager helps residents build confidence and skill in managing their own care, providing guidance that improves self-management and strengthens provider-to-resident communication. This role also facilitates interdisciplinary communication and collaboration across multiple care settings, and serves as part of the Community's leadership team — stepping in as Director of Nursing when needed. - Essential Duties (list): - Directs and coordinates resident care and services to align with individual goals and continuum-of-care provider expectations - Facilitates successful care transitions from the skilled nursing community to home, using education and resources to engage residents and families - Supports residents in developing proficiency and confidence in managing their own care - Fosters interdisciplinary communication and collaboration across care settings - Assists the Director in managing an assigned team, including coaching, training, corrective action planning, goal setting, interviewing applicants, and conducting performance appraisals - Manages rehabilitation services, including vendor relationships, team rehab competencies, and training - Acts as Director of Nursing in the Director's absence - Participates in on-call rotation - Qualifications (maybe heading "Qualifications"): - Active RN license in good standing - Case management experience required - Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred - Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills - Comfortable managing vendor relationships and cross-team collaboration - Willingness to participate in on-call rotation - Why Join Us: At Clermont Park, you'll be part of a leadership team that values genuine relationships and puts residents' well-being at the center of everything we do. If you're an experienced RN ready to lead with heart and help residents thrive through their transition home, we'd love to talk with you. - Qualifications (again? Actually there is a duplicate "Qualifications" heading later with more detailed list): - Essential Duties (but they re-list as "Qualifications Essential Duties" maybe mislabelled). Actually after "Why Join Us" there is a section "Qualifications Essential Duties" with a list: - Coordinates team members' work and communication to support resident goals, continuity of care, and reduced readmission risk - Conducts post-admission screening and PAM assessments; coaches residents to build knowledge, activation, and engagement in their care - Develops coaching relationships with residents and families, helping set measurable, resident-driven care goals - Oversees care conferences, care plan updates, Med A meetings, discharge planning, and case management - Implements resident education and disease management materials - Applies INTERACT tools and evaluates readmissions to drive QAPI and quality improvement recommendations - Identifies residents needing advanced care planning and initiates palliative/hospice referrals - Monitors care delivery by nursing staff and implements corrective action as needed - Supports Masterpiece Living and Eden Alternative initiatives, promoting person-centered, successful aging programs - Coordinates staff education programs in line with regulatory and company requirements - May assist with clinical oversight; other duties as assigned - Basic Qualifications & Experience: - Active RN license in good standing (BSN preferred) - Minimum 2 years related nursing experience (RN or LPN) - 1-3 years supervisory experience required - Working knowledge of state and federal skilled nursing regulations (Colorado) - Leadership experience with healthcare transitions; knowledge of PPS, MDS, OBRA, and OSHA preferred - Understanding of long-term care operations and use of technology to improve resident care - Administrative experience preferred; proficient in word processing and database software - Strong customer service and communication skills (English language proficiency required) - Working Conditions / Physical Requirements: - Light physical effort; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs, frequent lifting up to 10 lbs - Regular sitting, standing, bending, and movement throughout shift - Subject to frequent interruptions - Frequent interaction with residents, families, volunteers, and staff - Additional Information: - Benefits list: - Health Coverage - Health Savings Accounts - Retirement (with match) - Dental, Vision, Disability & Life Insurance - Paid Time Off plan - Statement about accommodation, EEO, hiring salary range, ongoing basis, etc. We need to remove boilerplate like EEO guidelines, accommodation request, etc. But we can keep the benefits list and maybe the statement about accommodation? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove EEO guidelines, accommodation request, etc. Keep benefits list. Also remove "Please let us know if you require accommodation during the interview process." That's accommodation request - remove. Also "We ask all applicants to carefully review the hiring salary range for each posted job opportunity, as we will not hire outside the predetermined range." That's maybe not boilerplate but it's about hiring process; could be considered application instruction? It's about salary range; maybe keep? It's somewhat instructional. Safer to remove application instructions. The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should remove lines about reviewing hiring salary range, ongoing basis, posting may close early, confidentiality according to EEO guidelines. So we keep only benefits list. Thus final HTML:

    About the role

... combine company description and position summary? We'll include both paragraphs.

    Responsibilities

    • ... list of essential duties (first set) plus maybe the second list? Actually the second list under "Qualifications Essential
