About the role
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating, and medication management.Responsibilities
- Assist patients with hygiene and grooming tasks
- Help patients with meals and nutrition
- Monitor and record patient health status
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass a background check
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Previous home health care experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- First aid and CPR certification
