Responsibilities
- Contribute to operational excellence and innovation within the organization.
- Directly engage with executive leadership to influence organizational standards and practices.
- Collaborate across various departments to drive healthcare innovation and practice management.
- Manage patient scheduling, intake, and check-in processes.
- Triage patient concerns, coordinate services, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate with patients, families, and vendors to support their full patient journey.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the care team by managing schedules and handling administrative tasks.
- Meet productivity goals and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills
- Clinical exposure or Medical Assistant experience, including reading medical records and supporting medication workflows.
- Ability to manage difficult situations and de-escalate issues.
- Professionalism and effective communication skills, including over the phone, computer, and face-to-face interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and clinic operations technology systems.
- Ability to interpret and apply guidelines and procedures.
- A strong work ethic, enthusiasm, integrity, and a positive attitude.
- Physical requirements: prolonged sitting, working on a computer, lifting up to 15 pounds, and communicating effectively.

Compensation
The estimated hourly compensation for this role is $25.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience. This role is also eligible for a monthly bonus based upon metrics set for the role.
