Care Staff

About the role

Calyx Living is actively seeking energetic Care Staff for our brand‑new assisted living community, Calyx Living of Apex, located in beautiful Apex just off I‑540 at Hwy 64. The Care Staff will assist and provide direction to residents with personal care needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor self‑administration of medication.
• Ensure resident hygiene.
• Obtain and record residents' vital signs.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Complete incident reports.
• Assist with meal services.
• Observe residents for any changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Caregiver experience strongly preferred.
• Compassion and a desire to work with seniors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Ability to adapt to each resident and setting.
• Reliable, responsive, and attentive.
• 18 years or older with demonstrated maturity.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Schedule

Weekend availability is required.
