About The Role The Care Specialist plays an important role in delivering an exceptional experience to Mixlab customers and helping ensure pets receive their medications quickly and seamlessly. In this remote, customer facing role, you’ll support customers through phone, text, and email while coordinating with veterinarians, pharmacists, and our Pharmacy Support team to manage prescriptions and deliveries. We’re looking for someone with at least two years of customer service experience who thrives in a fast paced environment, communicates effectively, stays organized across multiple priorities and digital platforms, and approaches every interaction with a positive attitude, sense of urgency, and customer first mindset.
