A member of the community is working alongside Community Horizons to find a motivated and reliable worker who wants to put a smile on their face. They are looking for help with everyday tasks and 1:1 care with a compassionate and gentle caregiver in their Barre Mills, WI home. The member uses an adaptive bed, wheelchair, and ceiling lift for transfers. They enjoy collecting shoes, watching TV/movies, being outdoors in the sun when nice, and spending quality time with others. You'll get along great if you enjoy working with an easy‑going, happy, and smiley individual.

Responsibilities
