Care Professional - One on One Home Care

Key responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying living spaces
Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the care coordinator
Administer medication reminders as directed by the care plan
Document care activities accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
Proof of current auto insurance
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
Strong verbal communication skills and a genuine compassion for others
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred qualifications
Prior experience in home care, caregiving, or a related healthcare setting
CPR and First Aid certification
Experience working with elderly, disabled, or medically complex individuals
