Care Partner (Main ED) Nights - Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital

Key Responsibilities

• Provides patient care based upon the nursing process in accordance with the hospital's mission & vision, as directed and observed by the RN/LPN
• Works under limited supervision and follows written and oral instructions
• Demonstrates effective communications skills, empathy, and unconditional positive regard toward all patients and co-workers
• Complies with organizational requirements, including policies, procedures, and regulations specific to the unit
• Maintains annual education requirements prior to due date
• Knowledge and implementation of standardized PPE regarding the prevention / transmission of infectious disease / isolation processes

Position Qualifications

• Experience Level: Less than 1 year
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
