The Geneva Suites provides small, residential assisted living homes throughout the Twin Cities. We specialize in higher-acuity care in a true home setting where dignity, safety, and meaningful engagement come first. What You Will Do

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Administer medications as delegated
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes in condition
• Document care accurately in Residex
• Ensure resident safety and infection control compliance
• Support residents during meals with dignity and respect
• Create meaningful engagement through conversation and activities
• Maintain clean and organized resident spaces
• Communicate professionally with families and team members
• Attend required trainings and team meetings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Assisted living or senior care experience preferred
