About the Role
We seek compassionate Care Partners to provide personalized, relationship-based care in a senior living environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on support based on each resident's Individualized Service Plan (ISP)
- Assist with daily activities such as dining, housekeeping, and laundry
- Support meaningful engagement and programs
- Observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions
- Promote safety, dignity, and Resident Rights
- Communicate regularly with families and care leadership
- Adhere to infection control, OSHA, and safety standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Age 18+
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Compassionate, patient, dependable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions
- CNA/HHA certification as required by state (NJ required)
