for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Preserve all substantive info. Include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. The instruction says remove application instructions. Application deadline maybe considered application instruction? It's a date; but it's part of posting. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Application deadline is an application instruction? Probably yes, we should drop it. However, we could keep it as metadata? The instruction says drop application instructions. So we should not include Application Deadline. - About Us sections: About CenterWell Home Health, About CenterWell, a Humana company. These are substantive; we could include as "About the role" or maybe separate sections? The instruction says use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content to those headings. "About the role" could include description of role, reporting, purpose. "Responsibilities" could include essential functions list. "Requirements" could include education, licensure, experience. "Qualifications" maybe similar to requirements? But we can combine. "Skills" could include analytical, problem-solving, communication, etc. "Benefits" list. "Pay" range. "Schedule" details. We must not create sections with filler. So we need to ensure each heading has substantive content. Let's plan:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, About Us, etc. We omitted About Us sections. That's okay; we might consider adding an "About the company" but not required. The instruction says only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have covered all substantive info. Check for any duplicated lines: we removed. Check for any mention of "Application Deadline": we omitted. Check for any mention of "Equal Opportunity Employer": omitted. Check for any mention of "About CenterWell Home Health": we omitted; but is that substantive? It's about the company, not the role. The instruction didn't require to include company description; but we could include under "About the role"? Probably not needed. The posting includes that info but it's not essential to the job; but we might consider it as "About the role" or "About the company". However, the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Including company description might be thin. It's okay to omit. Check for any mention of "Scheduled Weekly Hours 40": we included in Schedule. Check for any mention of "Pay Range": we included. Check for any mention of "Description Of Benefits": we included. Check for any mention of "Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.": we included. Check for any mention of "Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.": we included. Check for any mention of "Available to train on days or times outside of the shift advertised.": we included in Schedule. Check for any mention of "Schedule and shift changes may be required based on patient care needs and business demands.": we included. Check for any mention of "Required to work a rotating holiday schedule.": we included. Check for any mention of "Required weekend coverage every 3rd weekend on Saturday & Sunday from 9am-5:30pm EST.": we included. Check for any mention of "When working weekends, it will allow for days off during the week.": we included. Check for any mention of "This is a work-from-home telephonic Registered Nurse position.": we included in About the role. Check for any mention of "You will help to ensure optimal continuity of care for patients transitioning into and out of our services.": included. Check for any mention of "You will be responsible for being knowledgeable regarding post-acute levels of care, and an expert regarding CenterWell Home Health services including home health, hospice, and palliative care.": included. Check for any mention of "You will communicate with the CenterWell Home Health clinical team and help facilitate patient follow-up for patients in need of (additional) services.": included. Check for any mention of "Essential Functions": we turned into Responsibilities list. Check for any mention of "Requirements": we turned into Requirements list. Check for any mention of "Work at Home Requirements": we made a separate section. Check for any mention of "Scheduled Weekly Hours": included. Check for any mention of "Pay Range": included. Check for any mention of "Description Of Benefits": included. Check for any mention of "Application Deadline": omitted. Check for any mention of "About Us": omitted. Check for any mention of "Equal Opportunity Employer": omitted. All good. Now output only
