Care Manager RN - Accountable Care
About the role
Coordinates care for Pacific Medical Centers' patients (excluding USFHP) to assure cost-effective, appropriate utilization of health care resources. The Care Manager manages, directs, and coordinates the entire spectrum of care for patients across a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. This position assists physicians (internal and external) with management and coordination of care. Works at varied clinic and provider locations as needed.

- Ensure cost-effective and appropriate utilization of health care resources.
Requirements
- Washington Registered Nurse License (required upon hire).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred).
- Certified Case Manager (preferred upon hire).
- 2 years of clinical experience.
- Experience in utilization review/case management.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $52.59 - $83.03 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Full time, Day shift.
