Responsibilities

• Schedule and match caregivers to clients based on needs, personality, and fit.
• Fill open caregiver shifts as needed to keep every client covered.
• Supervise client care to ensure caregivers follow the care plan and deliver safe, quality service.
• Check in regularly with clients and families to make sure they're happy with their care.
• Make follow-up calls with new caregivers after first shifts — answer questions, catch issues early.
• Perform in-home client visits and reassessments as needed.
• Answer intake calls, schedule assessments, and re-schedule clients when a caregiver calls out.
• Watch for missed check-ins and make sure caregivers arrive on time.
• Keep client records current and accurate, and help train caregivers in the home, by phone, or in the office.
• Serve as a trusted resource for clients and families — education, referrals, and a friendly voice.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in home care, home health, or a related field.
• Impeccable follow-up and attention to detail — you track a lot without dropping the ball.
• Warm, clear communication with clients, families, caregivers, and coworkers.
• The ability to supervise, assess, and advocate for clients and families.
• A calm, solution-focused attitude and sound judgment when things get busy.
• A real passion for helping others live with dignity.

Pay & Schedule

$36,000/year salary.
