A frontline leadership position that combines hands-on caregiving with team mentorship to ensure high-quality resident care and a positive, inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift assignments and manage attendance
• Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
• Coach staff on care standards and best practices
• Review and ensure accurate resident charting
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Promote safety, compliance, and a culture of accountability

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
• Experience in assisted living or senior care preferred

Pay

$19.75 - $24.75 per hour
