About the Role
Provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents in a senior living environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
- Engage residents through conversation and activities.
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with families and care teams.
- Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
- Compassionate, reliable, with strong communication skills.
