Pay and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $20.00–$20.75
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

Schedule

Choose from weekday, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts. We match caregivers with consistent client schedules based on availability and client needs, aiming for at least two recurring shifts each week with the same client or clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one care in clients’ homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• Support clients with safe mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals and complete light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and help clients stay safe and independent at home

Requirements

• Availability for at least two recurring shifts each week with the same client or clients
• Comfort providing hands‑on personal care
• Ability to assist with transfers
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to complete required compliance, registration, and licensing steps

Transportation

A driver’s license and reliable transportation are not required, but they may provide access to more client opportunities across Sonoma County.
