About the role

Home Instead franchise offices in Cookeville and Crossville are seeking experienced Care Professionals to join our team. Since 2004, we have provided top-quality non-medical care to seniors and employment opportunities to our staff. Care Professionals assist seniors with social engagement and activities of daily living, including meal preparation, personal services, household duties, and hospice support.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with activities of daily living
• Prepare meals and perform household duties
• Provide personal services and hospice support
• Report hours according to office policy
• Clock in and out using technology

Requirements

• Work 20 or more hours per week
• Treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Successfully complete a criminal background check and DMV check
• Complete our world-class Care Professional training program (previous experience preferred but not required)
• Intermediate knowledge of technology for clocking in/out

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years or older
• Holds the minimum education, experience, and skills to perform responsibilities
• Complete a criminal background check, three professional references, and three personal references
