Responsibilities
- Aid residents with Activities of Daily Living
- Aid residents with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living
- Assist with Medication Assistance
- Maintain Health Maintenance and Monitoring
Qualifications
- Think, act, and intervene independently in routine and emergency situations
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Relate to residents, guests, and peers courteously and respectfully
- Be available for at least 2 out of 3 regularly scheduled shifts
- Work weekends as needed
- Be at least 18 years old
- Pass a drug test, background check, and have a valid driver's license
- Provide professional references
- Pass a Communicable Disease/TB Test and have an annual physical
