About the role

The RN Unit Care Coordinator is a full-time leadership role responsible for supervising and managing patient care on their unit, ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and standards. They oversee daily nursing functions, coordinate care plans, and ensure accurate documentation and medication administration.

• Direct nursing staff and manage patient care on the unit

Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
• Active RN license
• Geriatric nursing experience preferred
• Physical ability to perform movements such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
