Responsibilities
- Identify seniors’ health needs
- Build caseload by interacting with residents
- Communicate needs to Clinic Director or ADO
- Support intake process for new residents
- Schedule evaluations and assessments
- Auxiliary client-facing services
- Conduct wellness classes and personal fitness training
- Auxiliary scheduling and team member support
- Assist in onboarding new team members
- Support on-site operations
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Certification in healthcare, business administration, or related field
- Two years of relevant experience in a senior living setting preferred
- Proven experience in administrative and operational roles
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Understanding of wellness offerings and laws related to assisted living, independent living, and memory care
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with older adults
- Ability to work well with others and take direction from management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Benefits
This position includes a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus and is eligible for a Relocation Bonus of up to $8,000 depending on location.
