Position Summary

The Part-Time Care Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of Charleston Hope’s school-based program at Memminger Elementary School. This role is 20 hours per week and owns student scheduling, daily team coordination, assessment administration, data accountability, and family engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily check-in with the licensed clinician and all interns to confirm session readiness
• Own the master student schedule for all Charleston Hope students at Memminger
• Coordinate session times with teachers, school counselors, and administrators
• Manage day-of schedule changes, student absences, and make-up session coordination
• Administer pre and post student assessments and enter all data into Salesforce
• Monitor data entry compliance for clinicians and interns daily
• Serve as primary point of contact for families of enrolled students
• Host 4–5 family engagement training sessions throughout the academic year
• Organize Tier 1 push-in supports with outside partners or Charleston Hope staff
• Report Charleston Hope caseload and student progress at school MTSS meetings
• Maintain consent forms, releases of information, and parent permission slips

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, public health, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high-volume scheduling simultaneously
• Experience working with children, families, or schools in a community or human services setting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse families and school staff
• Ability to hold others accountable to schedules and deadlines with professionalism
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and comfort learning new data systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a school-based or nonprofit setting
• Familiarity with MTSS, school counseling, or behavioral health programs
• Experience facilitating family or community engagement events
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Compensation

This is a part-time position at $25,000 annually, paid bi-weekly. As a part-time employee, this role is not eligible for benefits at this time.
