This is a 100% remote role open to candidates in the United States. The role focuses on accurate healthcare administration, confidential records, scheduling, documentation, and dependable service coordination.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support assigned healthcare administrative workflows, scheduling, records, or coordination tasks using approved systems.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation while protecting patient, provider, or client information.
• Communicate status, requirements, or next steps clearly to appropriate stakeholders.
• Review records for completeness and route exceptions or missing information for appropriate follow-up.
• Follow documented privacy, quality, service, and compliance procedures for all assigned work.

Required Qualifications

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions or exceptions promptly.
