About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and skilled care to patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, social work)
- Current license to practice in the state(s) where you will be working
- Experience in hospice care or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Passionate about providing exceptional end-of-life care
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable with sensitive and emotionally charged situations
