Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Current license to practice in the state(s) where you will be providing care
- Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Passionate about hospice and palliative care
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new care models
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Strong clinical knowledge
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
