About the role

The Care Attendant Non Certified position supports the Northbrook area and campus, providing assistance to residents in activities, dining services, light housekeeping, and routine activities of daily living. Duties include assisting residents with daily activities, serving supplemental nourishment and snacks as needed, and performing light housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Give assistance to residents in areas of activities, dining services, light housekeeping, and routine activities of daily living.
• Aid residents with daily activities.
• Assist with laundry, bed making, light housekeeping.
• Serve supplemental nourishment and snacks as needed.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written, English) with residents and staff.
• Genuine compassion and patience towards senior adults.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• CPR Certification.

Pay

Pay Range: $16.06 - $20.88 per hour.
