About the role

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Chatsworth by Erickson Senior Living. Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident's needs.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Aiding residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred
• Certified CNA for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required

Qualifications

The Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) requires all new hires to successfully complete and pass an extensive Level 2 background screening, which covers U.S. Federal, State and City checks (submitting fingerprints), prior to the start of employment.
