About the Role
This position oversees assigned cardiovascular structural programs, collaborating closely with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care and program growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies for cardiovascular structural programs.
- Monitor program volume and compliance with care pathways.
- Support program development through protocols, clinical workflows, education, and research.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Current RN licensure or eligibility in the applicable state.
- At least 3 years of cardiology patient care experience.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience managing quality programs.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds regularly.
