Cardiovascular Quality Coordinator

About the Role

This position oversees assigned cardiovascular structural programs, collaborating closely with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care and program growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies for cardiovascular structural programs.
• Monitor program volume and compliance with care pathways.
• Support program development through protocols, clinical workflows, education, and research.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure or eligibility in the applicable state.
• At least 3 years of cardiology patient care experience.
• Preferred: 2 years of experience managing quality programs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds regularly.
