Cardiovascular Nursing Post-Doctoral Fellow
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out and analyze research related to cardiovascular health, nursing interventions, and patient outcomes.
- Design and implement studies, including protocol development, data collection, and statistical analysis.
- Prepare manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals and present findings at national and international conferences.
- Aid in grant writing and contribute to securing external funding for research initiatives.
- Mentor graduate students and participate in collaborative research activities within the department.
- Maintain compliance with institutional and federal research regulations.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Nursing or a related health science discipline (e.g., Public Health, Epidemiology, Biomedical Sciences).
- Demonstrated research experience in cardiovascular health or related areas.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
