About the Role

Join Catholic Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, as a PRN Patient Care Technician (PCT) on the Cardiovascular Med Surg unit. Support Registered Nurses in providing hands-on care, assisting with daily patient needs, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Your empathy and teamwork will help restore comfort and dignity for every patient.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth care and recovery.
• Provide non-medicated care such as dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked patient areas and common spaces for safety and efficiency.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control and team readiness.
• Communicate kindly with patients, families, and the care team to support safety and quality.

Requirements

• High School Graduate / GED required.
• New Hampshire LNA license required.
• 1 year of LNA experience required for this PRN position.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

Schedule

Must work a minimum of 24 hours in a 4-week work schedule. Shifts available: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
