Cardiovascular Account Specialist - U.S. Sales, Arlington, VA

For our client, we are seeking a Cardiovascular Account Specialist - U.S. Sales, Arlington, VA to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role will focus on driving territory-level sales performance and supporting a successful launch in a highly specialized cardiovascular market. The position requires close coordination with field partners and healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and help enable access to patient support resources. Success in this role will come from building strong territory plans, leveraging clinical credibility, and advancing customer engagement across key accounts. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $162,180 – $189,210 annually Responsibilities Deliver sales results independently and support a successful territory launch Develop territory-specific account plans to identify and prioritize customer opportunities Serve as a subject matter expert by providing relevant clinical and product information Communicate essential resources to healthcare professionals for patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy Coordinate efforts with an integrated field team to provide comprehensive support Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of biotech or pharmaceutical sales experience Experience with sole ownership of a territory preferred Cardiology, rare disease, or specialty product experience preferred Specialty product launch experience preferred Experience with patient service hubs and specialty pharmacy distribution preferred Knowledge of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key accounts in the territory preferred Clinical acumen with a focus on patient advocacy required Benefits Competitive total compensation package including equity options Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement benefits with employer match Learning and wellness stipends Remote work flexibility Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
