Position Highlights
- Full-time, employed opportunity with CMG
- Clinic schedule: 1–2 days per week with approximately 12 patients per day
- Surgical schedule: 3–4 OR days per week with 5–7 surgeries weekly
- Shared, compensated call coverage across two facilities alongside one other CT surgeon
- Access to a hybrid OR and robotic surgical platform
- Dedicated support team including a practice manager, medical assistant, and surgery scheduler
- Centralized billing, credentialing, and HR resources — so you can stay focused on patient care
- Dedicated marketing and business development team to help grow your practice
- Affiliated with St. Mary's Hospital, a 2024 AHA Stroke Gold Plus Award recipient and designated Cardiac Receiving Center
Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
