Cardiology - Invasive Physician

About the role

Andalusia Health- located in Andalusia, Alabama, is seeking a BC/BE Invasive Cardiologist to provide quality patient care for a growing patient population. This is a new, employed solo position with Chest-Pain Accredited, 113-bed Andalusia Health serving south central Alabama. Strong administrative support and an opportunity for Advanced Practice Practitioner support as the practice grows. Call is 10 days/month.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care to patients
• Participate in clinical research and education
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease
• Current Alabama Medical License
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience in invasive cardiology preferred
• Strong interest in community-based medicine
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
