Rapides Regional Medical Center is seeking a talented Interventional Cardiologist to join a thriving, well-established practice in the heart of Alexandria, Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex interventional procedures in coronary, peripheral, and general cardiology
• Collaborate with other specialists to provide comprehensive patient care
• Participate in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of interventional cardiology

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in interventional cardiology
• Interest in coronary, peripheral and general cardiology
• Louisiana medical license, or eligible for Louisiana licensure

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Completion of an accredited residency program in internal medicine
• Completion of an accredited fellowship program in interventional cardiology

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong clinical skills and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
