About the role
HCA Healthcare is recruiting an experienced Advanced Practice Provider for the Electrophysiology Service Line at Henrico Doctors’ Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. This is an employed opportunity through HCA Physician Services Group, primarily inpatient supporting the Electrophysiology Service Line.
Henrico Doctors’ Hospital is a 340‑bed community hospital with Level II Trauma designation. The Heart Center offers minimally invasive valve surgery, aortic valve replacement, mitral valve replacement, and CABG. The hospital is an Accredited Primary Stroke Center, provides Comprehensive Cancer Care through the HCA Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute, and hosts the Virginia Transplant Center (kidney transplants, living kidney donations, paired‑exchange kidney transplants). The Women’s Hospital provides a full continuum of women’s services.

Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certified (required)
- Virginia licensure or ability to obtain
- Critical care or previous cardiology nursing experience (preferred)
- Electrophysiology experience (preferred)

Pay
Salary estimate: $90,000 – $175,000 per year. The wage estimate displayed represents the typical wage range of candidates hired. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below the midpoint of the range.
