Cardiology Clinic Nurse

Job Summary

As our Clinic Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, make critical assessments, and implement patient care plans. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
• Makes specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.
• Obtains and documents health history, chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors, and assesses disease conditions.
• Provides patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.
• Educates patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Performs other duties within the scope of role as assigned.

Required Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required.
