About the role

Employed cardiology practice in Oregon seeks a BE/BC Cardiologist to join an established team consisting of one full-time physician and one full-time nurse practitioner. The practice benefits from a plentiful referral base with high demand for cardiology services. Clinical infrastructure includes Epic EHR with Cupid module and Muse coming soon, and a co-located respiratory therapy department for stress testing.

Responsibilities

• Implantable cardiac device management services
• Supervision of stress testing procedures in co-located respiratory therapy department
• Interpretation of cardiac imaging, ECGs, and device interrogation reports
• Minor procedures including implanting and removal of loop recorders, cardioversion, and TEE

Requirements

• Board-eligible or board-certified Cardiologist
• Fellowship training in cardiology
• No visa sponsorship available

Compensation and Benefits

• Very competitive total compensation opportunity (670k+)

Location

Regional airport located 1 hour away with daily flights to Portland International Airport; Boise also has an international airport.

Schedule

• Full-time, permanent position
• 4-day work week (10-hour shifts)
• Average 12–16 patients per day
• Scribe services available for providers averaging 15 patients per day
• No call requirements
