About the role
The Heart program at Southwestern Missouri Hospital employs a group seeking a BC/BE Electrophysiologist to join their team. Generous base salary is offered with bonus potential (WRVU based), to be discussed with the employer directly.
Responsibilities
- Performing over 4,000 catheterizations and 200+ open-heart surgeries annually
- Working in four busy cath labs, including a structural heart program with current upgrades and renovations, hybrid CVOR, and two CVORs
- No general Cardiology call required
- Dedicated EP NP and device nurse
- New mapping system implemented in 2023
- Private office tailored to individual needs
- Clinic supported by experienced office and clinical staff including advanced practice support
- EPIC EMR coming soon
Requirements
- Fellowship stipend and starting bonus options available
Qualifications
- BC/BE certification in Electrophysiology
- Experience in complex electrophysiology cases
- Knowledge of current treatment modalities and techniques
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
