About the role

This is a primarily outpatient role where you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of patients and their families. Our service cares for complex, high-acuity cardiac patients requiring a full spectrum of cardiovascular expertise.

We offer a shared call model that protects your time and supports sustainable practice with a single-hospital call model—no splitting your attention across multiple facilities. Our service line extends across an 11-hospital CommonSpirit system with three tertiary centers, including a comprehensive heart failure program and a hypertrophic cardiomyopathy center of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage complex cardiovascular diseases.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide patient-centered care with a commitment to long-term community engagement.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Cardiovascular Disease by ABIM.
• Unrestricted active Washington State Medical License or eligible to obtain.
• Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in non-invasive cardiology, including echocardiography, stress testing, and nuclear cardiology.
• Experience with Cardiac CT and/or Cardiac MRI.
