Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in clinic and hospital settings for cardiovascular disorders
- Consult with patients and families to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Recommend and order diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with a healthcare management team for continuity of care
- Perform general cardiology duties, including call coverage, emergent cardiac cases, inpatient rounding, clinic services, and outreach
- Read cardiac imaging, including rest/stress echoes and nuclear studies
- Perform TEEs and cardioversions
- Regularly see patients in outpatient non-invasive cardiology clinics at Robbinsdale, Maple Grove, and outreach sites
- Participate in inpatient cardiology rounding and the non-invasive cardiology call schedule
Requirements
- Board eligible or certified in Cardiology
- Current State of Minnesota Medical Doctor license
- Valid DEA Registration
- 2+ years of practice experience as a general cardiologist preferred
- CT training desired but not required

- Competitive salary guarantee of $750,000 at 1.0 FTE, including a signing bonus
