About the role
Cardinal View Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking an Assistant Director of Health Services to join their growing team. The community recently opened in fall of 2021 and is located in Middleton, WI, close to the Beltline. They offer Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.
Responsibilities
- Assist with overseeing the nursing staff for the provision of quality and appropriate resident care that meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards.
- Schedule and/or perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
- Maintain administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for the proper charting and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
- Aid in overseeing the provision of orientation and training and retaining qualified staff to carry out nursing and assisted living programs and services.
- Aid in developing and implementing the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident population.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Health Services to build relationships with internal and external prospects, customers, families, and care providers.
- Evaluate current and potential residents to determine and maintain facility’s ability to provide the appropriate level of care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- A minimum of two years’ management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care is preferred.
- Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills.

Pay
Wage: RN $32.00-$39.50, wage based on experience.
Schedule
Shifts Available: Full Time Days, including Manager on site rotation.
