Cardiac & Vascular Sonographer - Outpatient Cardiology Location: New Haven, CT Schedule Monday-Friday9:00 AM-5:00 PMFull-time positionOutpatient onlyNo callNo weekendsNo inpatient workOccasionally, travel may be required to other client offices within Connecticut. Mileage will be reimbursed. Responsibilities Perform adult transthoracic echocardiograms.Perform carotid duplex studies.Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and measurements.Complete studies accurately and efficiently.Work independently while maintaining quality and patient care standards. Requirements RDCS and RVT certifications are both required.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.Hands-on echocardiography experience is required.Must have hands-on experience performing adult echocardiograms.Comfortable performing cardiac and vascular studies independently.Strong patient-care and communication skills.
