Cardiac Telemetry Nurse - PRN

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring clear communication across care continuum.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, and spiritual factors.
• Maintains safety awareness as a safety-sensitive position.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license required; nursing diploma or associate's degree; bachelor's degree preferred.
• No prior experience necessary; less than two years of experience preferred.
• Telemetry experience is preferred.
• Additional: Focuses on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and professional growth within a telemetry care environment.
