Cardiac Telemetry Nurse - PRN

Role: Provides direct patient care on the Memorial Belleville Cardiac Telemetry unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Responsibilities Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring clear communication across care continuum.Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, and spiritual factors.Maintains safety awareness as a safety-sensitive position. Qualifications & Skills RN license required; nursing diploma or associate's degree; bachelor's degree preferred.No prior experience necessary; less than two years of experience preferred.Telemetry experience is preferred. Additional: Focuses on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and professional growth within a telemetry care environment.
