Role: LPN/RN on the Cardiac Telemetry unit Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high-quality care to cardiac patients through continuous cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and patient assessment.Collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.Respond promptly to changes in patient condition, ensuring timely interventions.Educate patients and families on cardiac health, recovery, and management.Document all care activities thoroughly in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
